Grand Canyon National Park Centennial
Whether you are a regular visitor, a national park traveler, or a virtual explorer, get inspired to experience and connect with a park that has inspired 100 years of stewardship and will continue to delight visitors and stewards for another 100 years!
Grand Gathering
The annual Grand Gathering is a Grand Canyon Conservancy supporters-only event that provides behind-the-scenes views of the park’s hidden treasures while offering an opportunity to meet the people who make Grand Canyon one of the world’s most treasured parks. You will have a chance to talk with National Park Service and Grand Canyon Conservancy leaders, hear about initiatives, and learn of efforts to safeguard the future of Grand Canyon National Park.
Grand Canyon Summerfest Star Party
From June 22-29, park visitors explore the wonders of the night sky on Grand Canyon National Park’s South Rim with the Tucson Amateur Astronomy Association and on the North Rim with the Saguaro Astronomy Club of Phoenix. Amateur astronomers from across the country volunteer their expertise and offer free nightly astronomy programs and telescope viewing.
Annual Grand Canyon Celebration of Art
Each year, a group of artists gather at Grand Canyon National Park for the Celebration of Art presented by Grand Canyon Conservancy. Proceeds from the event go toward a fund to establish a permanent art venue at Grand Canyon.
