Singapore Food Festival

Takes place in July and revolves around the national pastime of eating. For an entire month, food events are taking place in Singapore, such as cooking competitions, demonstrations and delicious food buffets.

National Day

Takes place at the 9th of August and celebrates Singapore’s independence day. There is an official parade, along with military marches, dances and fireworks.

Singapore Arts Festival

Takes place around May/June and features several styles of music, dance, visual arts and theater. Both regular and new/experimental genres.

Singapore International Film Festival

Takes place in April, and features several documentaries and regional films.
